Biography
Professor Dayi Hu is a Director of the Intervention Center at Peking University People’s Hospital, Dean of Clinical Research Institute at Shanghai’s Fudan University, immediate past President of the Chinese Society of Cardiology (CSC), President of the Chinese Society of Heart & Brain Diseases (CSHBD), President of the Chinese Society of Cardiovascular Rehabilitation(CSCR), the first President of the Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians (CCCP), and Board Member of World Heart Federation (WHF), Academician of The International Academy of Sciences for Europe and Asia (IASEA), International Council Member of American colleague of Cardiology（ACC）, Member of ACC Heart Failure and Transplant Council, Board of Directors of the International Society of Cardiovascular Pharmacotherapy (ISCP).
Research Interest
Dayi Hu actively participates in the management and prevention of cardiovascular disease and comprehensive interdisciplinary research on a national level. He is the principal investigator (PI) of the China Heart Survey, the Steer Committee member and many international clinical trials such as ROCKET, BEAUTIFUL, GARFIELD, SHIFIT, SAVE, ACE, MAGELLAN, SIGNIFY, ALECARDIO, Dal-HEART,TIMI 54, etc.
